Image
I only need two more followers to reach my 125 follower goal... who will they be??? When I reach my goal, I will use random.org to choose the lucky follower who will win a bit of special blog candy!!! I will begin my drive for 250 followers immediately after I hit that milestone - and one of my faithful followers will win a Cricut cartridge! Thank you all for your support! AND I just shipped off my altered canister & mini album for a swap over on the Cricut messageboard (love those ladies & gent). I am proud of myself - I am not a scrapper, so this was interesting for me - for getting it done & getting it out on time. I hope that my swap partner loves it... and all the goodies that come with it!! Here's a peek at it ~ Mini Album - click HERE for the tutorial Stay tuned for more pictures!

Image
This has been a craft filled month! For the third time this month, I am in a blog hop! This time to celebrate BIRTHDAYS! Since, I celebrated my own birthday last weekend, I thought this was a great hop to be a part of... and Angie, a friend from the Cricut Demo Army, is celebrating her 50th birthday, so I had to join in! Happy Birthday Angie! If you are here for Angie's Paper Passion's 50th Birthday Blog Hop and you have just come from visiting Janice at http://www.cricutconfessions.com/ , then you're in the right place! If you've just happened across my blog and would like to play along with our fun hop, you can go to http://angiespaperpassion.blogspot.com/ and start at the beginning. On to my project... I went to my stash and found patterned paper by Mart...

Fun Times with My Mini Me

I saw a YouTube video where the crafter was using her Cricut & Reynolds Freezer Paper to make a t-shirt. I had heard about this, but hadn't tried it. We looked at the video one more time to make sure we knew what we were doing & headed upstairs to the ironing board. Once the outer ouline was in place on the shirt, I used the actual sentiment cut out to help line up all the little pieces (the inner pieces of the Os, space s in the flames, etc.) but made sure not to iron it on. My daughter was ready to paint before we even had the design on good. She first painted the entire sentiment in orange and went back after it dried to add the red accents. This one came out so well, we will be making a few more for friends & family. I'll ...

A special welcome to the 20 new followers I picked up along the way!!! I am that much closer to my goal of 125 followers, but I am not quite there...
